Karbaba.ai has officially launched in Pakistan as an AI-powered automotive marketplace designed to connect buyers, sellers and dealerships with trusted local automotive services while providing direct vehicle-sourcing opportunities from Japan through Otoz.ai. The platform was unveiled at Raya Club in DHA Lahore and is designed to address several challenges in Pakistan’s automotive market, including fragmented pricing information, inconsistent vehicle verification, limited transaction transparency and the complexities involved in sourcing and importing vehicles from international markets. By bringing multiple stages of the automotive transaction into one connected ecosystem, Karbaba.ai aims to provide customers and dealerships with access to vehicle information, professional services and cross-border sourcing support through a locally accessible platform.

The platform offers a range of services covering different stages of the vehicle-buying and selling process. These include data-backed vehicle pricing insights, professional vehicle inspections, buyer, seller and vehicle matching, transaction and documentation support, direct vehicle sourcing from Japan, import and process coordination, local resale assistance and coordination between Pakistani and international automotive operations. AI-powered intelligence sits at the centre of the platform, helping customers understand vehicle pricing, condition, available options and transaction requirements. The technology is intended to support customers in making more informed decisions while also working alongside professional expertise and established operational processes.

Rather than positioning artificial intelligence as a replacement for automotive professionals, Karbaba.ai describes AI as an intelligence and trust layer supporting areas such as verified inspections, documentation, operational processes and customer decision-making. A key component of the platform is its direct connection with Otoz.ai, an international automotive technology and cross-border vehicle-trading ecosystem. Through this relationship, Pakistani customers and dealerships can gain access to vehicle sourcing and automotive resources from Japan while continuing to work with a locally accessible team in Pakistan. This connection is intended to bridge local automotive requirements with international sourcing opportunities and provide a more coordinated process for customers interested in vehicles from the Japanese market.

Mirza Asif Baig, Founder and CEO of Karbaba.ai and Otoz.ai, said Pakistan’s automotive market needs trusted infrastructure around transactions rather than simply another platform for vehicle advertisements. The launch event brought together automotive professionals, dealers, business leaders, technology specialists, media representatives and invited guests, with Dr. Kaiser Rafiq, CEO of Discover Pakistan, among the business and media leaders addressing the gathering. The event also received national broadcast coverage from Discover Pakistan and Lahore Rang. With its focus extending beyond conventional vehicle listings, Karbaba.ai is positioning itself as a connected automotive ecosystem where buyers, sellers and dealerships can participate in the local market while accessing international vehicle opportunities, particularly through its connection with Japan.
