Jazz has reaffirmed its commitment to innovation and customer-centric solutions with the inauguration of its state-of-the-art Karachi Experience Center at COM3 Tower, Block 6, Clifton. The launch, which took place on Friday, marks a significant milestone in Jazz’s mission to enhance digital experiences while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

The newly established Experience Center is the second of its kind in Karachi and is designed to reflect Jazz’s evolving corporate identity. It offers a modern, dynamic space that encourages teamwork, creativity, and efficiency in an increasingly digital workplace. The facility is equipped with a business center, office space, a café, conference rooms, breakout areas, and common spaces tailored to facilitate both in-person and virtual collaboration. These features align seamlessly with Jazz’s broader digital workplace strategy, ensuring a flexible and agile work environment that meets the needs of employees and customers alike.

At the inauguration ceremony, Kazim Mujtaba, President of Jazz’s Consumer Division, emphasized the importance of adapting to changing workplace dynamics.

“The Experience Center caters to the rapidly evolving nature of work in line with our commitment to providing a healthy and forward-thinking work environment. This initiative not only enhances our ability to innovate but also reinforces our commitment to a digitally connected and inclusive Pakistan. At Jazz, we are redefining the customer experience by integrating cutting-edge digital solutions with a human-centric approach.”

A key aspect of Jazz’s latest initiative is its focus on inclusivity. Recognizing the importance of accessibility, the company has introduced special design modifications in the new facility to accommodate persons with disabilities. By fostering an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable work environment, Jazz is setting a precedent for corporate responsibility in Pakistan’s tech and telecom sector.

The launch of the Karachi Experience Center is part of Jazz’s broader transformation into a forward-leaning ServiceCo. To support this transition, the company has established dedicated Strategic Business Units (SBUs) aimed at strengthening its position in fintech, cloud services, data centers, software development, and connectivity. By diversifying its service offerings, Jazz is positioning itself at the forefront of Pakistan’s rapidly growing digital economy.

Over the years, Jazz has played a pivotal role in advancing Pakistan’s digital infrastructure, from expanding high-speed mobile connectivity to investing in financial inclusion through its fintech arm, JazzCash. The launch of Experience Centers underscores the company’s vision of a digitally empowered nation where businesses and individuals alike can leverage cutting-edge technology for growth and development.

The Experience Center at COM3 Tower is expected to serve as a model for future workplace transformations, demonstrating how businesses can create innovative, inclusive, and collaborative environments that cater to the demands of a modern workforce. With this initiative, Jazz continues to set the benchmark for digital excellence in Pakistan while reaffirming its commitment to fostering a more connected and technologically advanced future.
