Evee has officially launched its Giga Factory in Pakistan, marking a significant milestone in the country’s electric vehicle manufacturing landscape and positioning the company as a leading force in locally produced electric two-wheelers. The launch event was attended by prominent stakeholders from the business, technology, and automotive sectors, reflecting the growing momentum and institutional interest building around Pakistan’s emerging electric vehicle industry. The facility represents a substantial scaling of Evee’s production capabilities at a time when demand for affordable, sustainable urban mobility solutions is accelerating across Pakistani cities.

The Giga Factory is built around a Made in Pakistan manufacturing philosophy, with Evee positioning local production not merely as a cost consideration but as a core part of its identity and long-term strategy for the domestic market. The company stated that its purpose has always extended beyond vehicles, describing mobility as a driver of opportunity, freedom, and independence for individuals, and framing the Giga Factory as a physical expression of that commitment. By manufacturing electric two-wheelers locally rather than relying on imports, Evee aims to reduce costs for end consumers, shorten supply chains, and build a more resilient and self-sustaining electric vehicle ecosystem within Pakistan over time.

Beyond production, the Giga Factory is expected to generate meaningful employment opportunities and contribute toward strengthening the broader local electric vehicle ecosystem, which has been gaining traction as fuel prices remain elevated and interest in clean, cost-effective transportation alternatives continues to grow among urban commuters. Evee has consistently positioned its products around the concept of independent mobility, prioritising accessibility and affordability alongside technical performance, and the Giga Factory is designed to support that positioning at scale. As Pakistan continues its gradual shift toward electric transportation, supported by government policy incentives and increasing consumer awareness, Evee’s investment in local manufacturing infrastructure signals a longer-term bet on the domestic market’s potential and on the role that Pakistani-made innovation can play in shaping the country’s transport future.
