Ignite National Technology Fund, under the Ministry of Information Technology and Telecommunication (MoITT), is working diligently to finalize the framework for its groundbreaking initiative: the K-12 Entrepreneurship Program. The program seeks to foster entrepreneurial skills among students from an early age, with a focus on creating a robust entrepreneurial mindset that aligns with the needs of the national economy.

As part of its efforts to ensure the program is both effective and relevant, Ignite is engaging key stakeholders involved in the education system, including educators, school administrators, and experts in children’s entrepreneurship. The purpose is to gather critical insights and recommendations on how the K-12 Entrepreneurship Program can best support students, educators, and the broader educational ecosystem.

The consultation process is crucial in ensuring that the program is tailored to the specific needs and challenges of students across Pakistan. By engaging with these stakeholders, Ignite aims to create a program that not only develops entrepreneurial skills but also prepares students to thrive in an increasingly competitive global economy.

To facilitate these consultations, Ignite is organizing meetings in Karachi and Lahore. These sessions will offer stakeholders an opportunity to share their thoughts and contribute to the development of the K-12 Entrepreneurship Program.

For those interested in participating, Ignite has provided a simple online registration form. Filling out the form will allow stakeholders to express their interest in joining the consultation meetings. Once registered, the Ignite team will reach out to schedule further discussions and provide more details about the program and consultation sessions.

This initiative is a crucial step in cultivating the next generation of entrepreneurs in Pakistan. The K-12 Entrepreneurship Program will play a vital role in shaping a workforce that is not only skilled but also equipped with the mindset needed to innovate, solve problems, and drive economic growth. With the support of key stakeholders, Ignite aims to build a program that will create lasting positive change for students and educators alike.

Through this program, Ignite is reaffirming its commitment to driving the growth of the tech ecosystem in Pakistan by nurturing the entrepreneurial potential of its future leaders.
