Thunder Energy Ltd, a subsidiary of the Brillanz Group and a leader in AI-native energy intelligence, has entered into a strategic partnership with Swiss-based TalkPool AG, a publicly traded company on the Stockholm and Frankfurt stock exchanges. The agreement, formalized through a MOU at MWC Barcelona 2025, marks a significant step towards integrating artificial intelligence with IoT and telecom technologies to create sustainable energy solutions for telecom operators worldwide. The collaboration is expected to have a widespread impact, reaching markets in Europe, the Americas, and beyond.

The partnership is designed to leverage Thunder Energy’s cutting-edge AI-driven analytics and autonomous energy optimization capabilities, which currently process over 300 million data points daily across more than 8,000 telecom tower sites. By integrating these capabilities with TalkPool’s established network services and IoT expertise, the companies aim to improve energy efficiency, reduce operational costs, and enhance sustainability within the telecom sector. With rising global energy demands and increasing pressure to adopt greener solutions, this collaboration is well-positioned to provide innovative, scalable solutions that align with the industry’s evolving needs.

MWC Barcelona 2025, the world’s largest connectivity event, served as the backdrop for this announcement, highlighting Brillanz Group’s expanding influence in AI and IoT-powered telecom solutions. The signing ceremony was attended by key industry executives, including Bilal Qureshi, CEO of Brillanz Group; Ousama Hanif, Chief Commercial Officer; Dr. Saad Liaquat Kiani, Chief Technology Officer; and Adnan Siddique, CEO of CRATUS. Their presence reinforced the company’s commitment to advancing AI-driven solutions that redefine energy efficiency in telecom infrastructure.

Bilal Qureshi, CEO of Brillanz Group, emphasized the significance of this partnership in shaping the future of AI and IoT in the telecom sector. He stated that combining Thunder Energy’s AI-powered platform with TalkPool’s deep expertise in IoT and telecom services would enable operators to achieve unprecedented levels of operational efficiency and sustainability. His sentiments were echoed by Erik Strömstedt, CEO of TalkPool, who highlighted the synergy between the two companies and expressed confidence in their ability to deliver transformative energy solutions at scale.

With the telecom industry facing increasing pressure to optimize energy usage and reduce carbon footprints, the collaboration between Thunder Energy and TalkPool comes at a crucial time. By harnessing the power of AI and IoT, the two companies aim to set new benchmarks for energy management in telecom networks, helping operators transition to more sustainable and cost-effective operations. As energy efficiency becomes a core focus for the industry, this partnership is poised to play a leading role in shaping the future of telecom infrastructure worldwide.
