Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi Watch 6 in Pakistan, listing the smartwatch on MiStore and through other retailers at a starting price of Rs 27,499, making it one of the more feature-complete options available in the budget smartwatch category in the country. The watch is available in three colour options, Glacier Blue, Silver Gray, and Obsidian Black, and comes with a quick-release TPU strap that fits wrist sizes ranging from approximately 135mm to 205mm.

The display is a 2.07-inch AMOLED panel with a 432 by 514 pixel resolution, a 60Hz refresh rate, and brightness reaching 1,500 nits in high brightness mode with a peak of 2,000 nits, ensuring strong outdoor readability. The body measures 46.45 by 40.03 by 9.94mm and uses an aluminium alloy frame, giving it a premium build quality that is noticeable at this price point. The 550mAh battery supports up to 24 days of usage under typical conditions, placing it well ahead of most mid-range smartwatches on longevity, though actual battery life will vary based on usage intensity, display settings, and how actively health and fitness tracking features are used. The watch charges via a magnetic cable included in the retail box.

For connectivity and calling, the Redmi Watch 6 supports Bluetooth 5.4 and includes a speaker and two microphones for hands-free calling directly from the wrist, alongside 512MB of local storage. Health monitoring features include a heart rate sensor with blood oxygen tracking, an accelerometer, gyroscope, ambient light sensor, and electronic compass, all supported by over 150 sports modes, sleep monitoring, stress tracking, breathing training, and female health tracking. Navigation is handled by built-in Global Navigation Satellite System support covering GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, BeiDou, and QZSS, giving outdoor activity tracking a level of accuracy that entry-level smartwatches at this price typically lack. The watch carries a 5ATM water resistance rating, making it suitable for swimming and water-based activities within Xiaomi’s specified usage guidelines.

The Redmi Watch 6 runs Xiaomi HyperOS and is compatible with devices running Android 8.0 or later as well as iOS 12.0 or later, giving it broad cross-platform usability. Additional features include music control, camera control, Find My Phone functionality, Always-on Display mode, and voice assistant support, rounding out a specification sheet that positions the Redmi Watch 6 as a compelling option for Pakistani consumers seeking a full-featured smartwatch without crossing the Rs 30,000 price threshold.
