ROX, the next-generation digital lifestyle platform developed by JazzWorld, has launched an in-app E-Store that enables customers to browse and purchase authentic Apple products directly within the ROX application through a fully integrated checkout process. The launch marks a significant expansion of ROX’s commerce capabilities and brings premium Apple devices and accessories within reach of customers in a single, seamlessly connected digital environment, eliminating the need to navigate external retail platforms or visit physical stores.

The ROX E-Store is built around a fully integrated purchasing experience, meaning customers can discover, select, and complete transactions for authentic Apple products without leaving the app at any stage of the journey. The integration reflects ROX’s broader strategy of building a digital ecosystem that combines connectivity, entertainment, commerce, and exclusive lifestyle benefits within a single platform tailored specifically for Pakistan’s youth. By bringing Apple products into that ecosystem through a trusted in-app channel, ROX is expanding the practical utility of the platform well beyond its original connectivity and entertainment focus.

To mark the launch, ROX has introduced a set of limited-time promotional offers for early customers. The first 10 customers to place an order through the E-Store will receive a complimentary charger with their purchase on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers placing orders with a combined value of PKR 100,000 or more will receive a free pair of AirPods 4, subject to availability. The offers are designed to drive early adoption of the new E-Store channel while rewarding customers who make the ROX app their first choice for Apple product purchases.

Speaking at the launch, Kazim Mujtaba, President of Jazz GSM, described the ROX E-Store as another important milestone in the platform’s journey to become a leading digital lifestyle destination for Pakistan’s youth, framing the move as part of a broader commitment to delivering convenience, accessibility, and value through digital innovation. Nauman Durrani, Chief Executive Officer of Mercantile, the retail partner supporting the Apple product offering through ROX, described the collaboration as a reflection of a shared commitment to delivering a seamless, trusted, and rewarding experience that brings world-class technology closer to the next generation of Pakistani digital consumers.
