Pakistan Software Export Board has announced an upcoming GAIN Online Awareness and Engagement Session for its registered IT and ITeS companies, aimed at strengthening global market access and export readiness within Pakistan’s technology sector. The online session will feature Zain Jeewanjee, a Silicon Valley based InsurTech expert widely recognized for his work in building AI driven digital insurance platforms for global markets. The initiative forms part of PSEB’s broader efforts to connect local technology firms with diaspora leadership, international expertise, and emerging global opportunities.

According to PSEB, the session is designed to provide participating companies with direct exposure to international market insights and strategic advisory focused on growth, scalability, and cross border collaboration. Zain Jeewanjee’s experience in shaping data driven and AI enabled insurance platforms is expected to offer valuable perspective for Pakistani firms looking to expand beyond domestic boundaries. The discussion will explore how advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, data analytics, blockchain, and digital platforms can be leveraged to create competitive, export ready solutions that align with global demand trends.

Officials stated that the engagement will also focus on helping companies understand how to build scalable InsurTech products that can operate across multiple regulatory and commercial environments. With insurance and financial services undergoing rapid digital transformation worldwide, InsurTech has emerged as a high potential segment for technology exporters. The session aims to guide participants on positioning their offerings for international clients while addressing challenges related to compliance, security, and customer trust. By drawing on diaspora led mentorship, PSEB intends to bridge knowledge gaps that often limit the ability of local firms to enter and sustain presence in mature markets.

In addition to product and technology insights, the session will highlight pathways for investment and partnerships. PSEB noted that investors and global partners increasingly look for companies that demonstrate clear scalability, strong governance, and readiness for cross border collaboration. Through this engagement, participating firms will gain a clearer understanding of how to present their capabilities to international stakeholders and how to align business models with global investment expectations. The opportunity to interact directly with a Silicon Valley practitioner is expected to be particularly relevant for startups and mid sized firms seeking guidance on global expansion strategies.

The GAIN Online Awareness and Engagement Session will take place on Wednesday, 7 January 2026, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time and will be conducted online. PSEB has advised interested companies to complete their registration in advance, as seats are limited and registrations are closing soon. Further details and registration access are available through the official link shared by PSEB. The online format is intended to ensure broad participation from registered companies across the country without geographic constraints.

PSEB officials emphasized that initiatives like this session are aligned with the board’s mandate to enhance Pakistan’s IT exports and integrate local firms into global value chains. By facilitating direct engagement with diaspora experts and industry leaders, PSEB aims to strengthen the capacity of Pakistani IT and ITeS companies to compete internationally. The upcoming session reflects continued efforts to move beyond awareness toward practical engagement that supports market entry, partnerships, and sustainable export growth for Pakistan’s technology sector.
