Pakistan Software Export Board has entered into a formal agreement with RedMarker Systems Private Limited to initiate a specialized training program aimed at preparing local information technology firms for participation in the United States State, Local, and Education sector procurement market. The collaboration marks a structured effort to strengthen Pakistan’s position in high value international public sector contracts and expand the export potential of domestic technology companies.

The agreement was signed by senior representatives from both sides, including Faisal Jeddy, Chief Executive Officer of PSEB, and Gull Zeba, Founder and Chief Investment Officer at RedMarker Systems. The signing ceremony was attended by key stakeholders from the technology ecosystem, including senior officials from PSEB and leadership from RedMarker Systems and Collab P Inc. The initiative reflects a coordinated push to equip Pakistani firms with the knowledge and capabilities required to navigate complex procurement frameworks in global markets. The program focuses on enabling companies to understand and compete in the United States SLED procurement ecosystem, which is considered one of the largest structured public sector markets globally. It aims to build capacity in areas such as compliance, pre sales preparation, bid readiness, and positioning of technology solutions for international buyers. By introducing industry led training and guidance, the initiative seeks to reduce entry barriers for Pakistani firms and enhance their ability to secure contracts in a highly competitive environment.

According to details shared at the announcement, the SLED market represents a significant economic opportunity, with an estimated annual value ranging between one point five trillion and two trillion dollars, covering over ninety thousand government entities. The scale of this market presents a substantial growth avenue for Pakistani technology exporters, particularly those offering software development, digital transformation services, and enterprise solutions. The training program is designed to align local companies with international standards and procurement expectations, improving their chances of success in securing long term contracts.

This development is part of broader efforts led by the Pakistan Software Export Board to enhance the global competitiveness of Pakistan’s information technology sector. By facilitating targeted initiatives and partnerships, PSEB continues to support companies in expanding their reach beyond traditional markets. The collaboration with RedMarker Systems highlights the importance of industry driven expertise in preparing firms for specialized opportunities in international public sector procurement.

The initiative is expected to contribute to the long term growth of Pakistan’s technology exports by opening new channels for revenue generation and encouraging firms to explore untapped markets. As global demand for digital services continues to rise, efforts such as these play a key role in enabling Pakistani companies to participate more actively in the international digital economy while strengthening their capabilities to meet evolving client requirements.
