Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) has officially called for Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from Pakistani IT and ICT companies for participation in the upcoming Pakistan–China B2B Investment Conference. Scheduled to take place in the first week of September 2025, the conference aims to create new business linkages between Pakistani and Chinese companies across the tech and digital services landscape. The event is being organized in collaboration with the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), Board of Investment (BOI), and the Embassy of Pakistan in China.

The initiative is designed to support Pakistan’s efforts to deepen international investment connections, particularly in the growing tech sector. Participating companies will have the opportunity to showcase their services and products directly to Chinese businesses, investors, and tech partners seeking joint ventures, outsourcing relationships, or strategic partnerships. It is expected that a wide range of Chinese enterprises, including private firms and public institutions, will take part in the event, providing Pakistani delegates a chance to access one of the largest technology markets in the world.

PSEB has encouraged all eligible companies to submit their EOIs before the application deadline of July 9, 2025. The selection process will consider the company’s export readiness, sector alignment, and potential to engage in cross-border collaborations. Interested businesses can register through the official submission link here.

By participating in this event, Pakistani firms will be able to explore collaboration opportunities in areas such as software development, enterprise solutions, fintech, AI, data analytics, IoT, and IT-enabled services. The conference is also positioned to support Pakistan’s broader goals of increasing its tech exports and enhancing international visibility for its IT sector. Companies will gain valuable insights into the Chinese market, including regulatory frameworks, entry strategies, and potential partner matchmaking.

This B2B engagement is aligned with the strategic direction set by PSEB and supported by government institutions like SIFC and BOI to expand the global outreach of Pakistan’s technology sector. The Embassy of Pakistan in China is playing a critical role in facilitating the planning and coordination of the event, ensuring that logistics and bilateral support structures are in place for participating companies.

The Pakistan–China B2B Investment Conference comes at a time when economic ties between the two countries continue to evolve, with technology and digital innovation emerging as key pillars of cooperation. With China’s robust demand for software services and Pakistan’s growing pool of skilled tech professionals, the conference offers mutual benefits for both economies. Pakistani companies seeking growth through international partnerships are encouraged to seize this opportunity to position themselves for collaboration with Chinese counterparts in one of Asia’s most dynamic investment environments.
