PITB’s e-Rozgaar Program Enrolls 7,000+ Punjab Youth for Digital Skills Training

Over 7,000 young individuals hailing from various regions of Punjab have enthusiastically enrolled in the latest cohort of the e-Rozgaar Training Program, a pioneering initiative led by the Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) in collaboration with the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports. The program aims to empower unemployed youth in Punjab by providing specialized training in Digital Marketing, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, e-Commerce, Graphic Designing, and Freelancing.

Notably, these aspiring participants, all residents of Punjab, have seized the opportunity to enhance their skills and prospects by registering for the training program. The e-Rozgaar Training Program operates through 45 centers strategically positioned across the province. As a testament to its success, over 56,000 students who have completed the training have collectively earned an impressive sum exceeding Rs. 8 billion through online endeavors. This initiative reflects a concerted effort to equip the youth with valuable digital skills, fostering economic independence and innovation in the rapidly evolving landscape of the digital economy.
