Pakistani startups have an exciting opportunity to step onto the global stage as Ignite, working under the Ministry of IT and Telecom in collaboration with Tech Nation Pakistan, has opened applications for participation in London Tech Week 2025. Scheduled to take place from June 9 to June 13, the event offers a unique platform for emerging tech businesses to showcase their innovations, connect with industry leaders, and engage with international investors and partners. The event is one of Europe’s most influential technology gatherings, attracting a diverse global audience including innovators, startups, investors, and tech companies from around the world.

This initiative by Ignite is part of a broader effort to promote Pakistani talent on international platforms. Selected startups will receive valuable exposure through exhibition space at the event, along with access to networking sessions, workshops, and business matchmaking opportunities. The goal is to equip participating startups with the tools, contacts, and visibility necessary to scale and grow globally.

To be eligible, startups must be based in Pakistan, registered on StartupConnect.pk, and have been operational for less than five years. Those who have already received international travel sponsorship from Ignite in the past will not be considered again. However, startups willing to self-finance their travel may still be considered for exhibition space based on availability. Applicants can choose between two types of sponsorship: one that offers only a startup pod, including basic amenities like space, seating, power, and WiFi; and a full sponsorship package that covers both the pod and boarding and lodging for the duration of the event.

The last date to apply is April 20, 2025. Startups interested in participating must complete the application process and review all terms and conditions through the official Ignite website at www.ignite.org.pk/LTW25. Only shortlisted applicants will be offered sponsorship, making it a competitive and rewarding opportunity for those ready to represent Pakistan’s innovation ecosystem on a global platform.
