Jazz has launched its new “Hamari Superpower” 5G campaign, placing customer choice at the centre of its messaging as the operator continues expanding its next-generation mobile network across Pakistan. Built around the tagline “Jazz 5G Apka, Marzi Bhi Apki,” the campaign presents 5G as a connectivity platform that allows users to decide how they want to use faster mobile internet according to their individual needs. Jazz said the campaign recognizes that customers have different priorities, whether they are using connectivity for business, content creation, communication, entertainment or simply taking time away from digital activities. The campaign is being rolled out across television, radio, digital platforms and out-of-home advertising as Jazz continues its 5G expansion.

The central message of Hamari Superpower is built around the idea that technology should support individual choices rather than dictate how people use their connectivity. Jazz’s campaign communication highlights a range of possible use cases, including building a business, creating digital content, staying connected with family and friends, entertainment and taking a break. Kazim Mujtaba, President of Jazz GSM, said the company’s role is to provide connectivity that supports customers’ ambitions and everyday requirements while allowing them to decide how they spend their time. The campaign therefore focuses less on presenting a single use case for 5G and more on positioning the technology as a flexible service that can be adapted to different customer lifestyles and requirements.

Jazz launched commercial 5G services in Pakistan on March 19, 2026, initially covering approximately 180 sites. Since then, the operator has expanded its network to more than 1,000 live 5G sites and has set a target of reaching 2,500 sites by the end of 2026. The expansion is taking place as Pakistan’s mobile operators move from initial 5G deployment toward broader availability of next-generation connectivity. Jazz has also been working with device and technology companies to improve access to compatible hardware. In September, Jazz announced a collaboration with DIGIT and UNISOC to introduce a 5G MiFi and a 5G smartphone, with the partners describing affordable compatible devices as an important factor in wider 5G adoption.

The Hamari Superpower campaign comes as Jazz continues to position its 5G network around a broader range of digital activities, including work, entertainment, education, communication and digital services. The operator’s wider digital ecosystem also includes financial services, streaming, gaming, insurance and other digital offerings, while its latest 5G campaign focuses specifically on giving customers the flexibility to determine how they use connectivity. Jazz is part of JazzWorld, which describes itself as a digital operator with a nationwide connectivity network and a growing portfolio of digital services. With more than 1,000 5G sites already live and a target of 2,500 by the end of the year, the campaign is also intended to accompany the operator’s continuing network rollout as more users gain access to 5G-capable services and devices.
