Employee conduct at work is intimately associated with the company’s operations and, subsequently, with its performance. Putting an emphasis on employee well-being often produces collaborative work products and improves the company’s reputation.

An employee deserves praise and support when they accomplish a task, close a significant business deal, or cut down on the amount of time it takes to answer a customer complaint.
