Doerr co-founded Antler MENAP, a regional branch of the global early-stage venture capital firm Antler, supporting founders from idea to scale. His operational experience includes co-leading Daraz to an acquisition by Alibaba Group, where he played a key role in expanding the e-commerce platform across South Asia. Prior to that, he held leadership positions at Jumia Group, overseeing growth across African markets. In healthtech, he founded Smileneo, a direct-to-consumer orthodontics platform that he successfully exited.
At Disrupt, Doerr will focus on accelerating the company’s AI-native venture engine—a system designed to rapidly launch, scale, and grow startups by combining protocol-led processes with hands-on operational expertise.
