As of February 2018, Sehat Kahani has received a grant from the GSMA Ecosystem Accelerator Innovation Fund to deploy the health technology in six clinics that support 120 community health workers. Each of the six clinics will act as a referral point for patients who need further consultation and treatment.

In a public statement, the Sehat Kahani team announced,

“This would not have been possible without the encouragement and support of our wonderful mentors, advisors, stakeholders, partners and supporters! Being the only startup representing Pakistan makes the occasion doubly special for us. Thank you so much for being a part of our Kahani (story)!”

Dr. Sara Khurram and Dr. Iffat Zafat founded Sehat Kahani, previously DoctHers. The company features a wide range of ICT enabled health services for existing and new beneficiaries, all across Pakistan. Focusing on the healthcare industry, their main areas of work include tele-medicine, health education and promotion, capacity building of human health resource, health market research and provision of ICT based solutions for gender adversity in health sector.
