TECNO Mobile has officially launched the CAMON 50 Ultra 5G in Pakistan, positioning it as a camera-first 5G device built around a 50MP Sony imaging system and an extensive suite of artificial intelligence photography tools, available nationwide at Rs119,999 with full PTA approval and a 12 plus one month warranty.

The centrepiece of the device is its triple rear camera system, anchored by a 50MP Sony LYTIA 700C Ultra Night Camera designed for detailed photography in both daylight and challenging low-light conditions, alongside a 50MP telephoto camera and an 8MP ultra-wide angle sensor. Artificial intelligence powers a range of imaging capabilities including AI 100X SuperZoom for capturing distant subjects with enhanced clarity, SuperZoom FlashSnap for fast-moving scenes at up to 5x zoom, AI Auto Zoom for automatic subject detection and multi-shot generation, and AI Light Master 2.0 for removing reflections, shadows, and lens flares from images. For selfies and video content, a 50MP front camera with autofocus serves social media creators and video callers. The camera system is further complemented by creative tools including AI Art Gallery, AI Image to Video Generator, and 3D PhotoSpace, giving content creators a range of in-device production capabilities without requiring third-party applications.

On the hardware side, the CAMON 50 Ultra 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultimate processor with 12 gigabytes of RAM expandable to 24 gigabytes, running on a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1.5K resolution in a curved swan-inspired design. The 6,500mAh battery with 45W Super Charge is rated for all-day usage under heavy loads, and the device carries IP68 and IP69K dust and water resistance ratings, with an Aqua Mode enabling underwater photography. Productivity features rounding out the package include ELLA AI Assistant, All-Scenario Noise Reduction 2.0, One-Tap FlashMemo, AI Mindhub, and AI Health Assistant. TECNO Mobile Chief Executive Officer Buce Tao described the launch as a reflection of the company’s commitment to making advanced technology more accessible, combining 5G connectivity with a high-quality Sony camera system to serve Pakistan’s growing base of digitally connected consumers.
