Pak Angels participated as a strategic partner in Synergies At The Seashore, a multi sector collaboration gathering hosted by Dreamworld at Destination Beach Resort by Dreamworld on Manora Island in Karachi. The event brought together more than 200 senior leaders, founders, and professionals from technology, startups, healthcare, tourism, and entrepreneurship, creating a focused environment for dialogue around collaboration and shared growth. Set against the coastal backdrop of Manora Island, the gathering aimed to connect decision makers from diverse industries while highlighting Pakistan’s potential as a competitive destination across multiple experience driven sectors.

The central theme of Synergies At The Seashore revolved around how collaboration across industries can strengthen institutional capabilities, improve competitiveness, and enhance Pakistan’s relevance in global markets. Discussions explored opportunities to position the country as a viable destination not only for business and innovation but also for medical, health, and experiential tourism. The program featured keynote sessions and structured Synergy Circles that brought together leaders from IT, healthcare, tourism, and entrepreneurship to exchange perspectives and identify areas of alignment. These sessions were designed to move beyond conversation and support practical engagement among participants, with networking formats focused on translating shared ideas into actionable initiatives.

A key moment of the evening was an address by irfan Hilal Ahmed, CEO of Dreamworld Resort, Hotel and Golf Club, who underscored the importance of active collaboration between healthcare, technology, and tourism sectors. He outlined how Pakistan can combine quality healthcare services, hospitality infrastructure, digital platforms, and natural landscapes to create high value offerings for international audiences. His remarks highlighted the potential for experience driven models that integrate patient care, travel, and technology enabled services, positioning Pakistan as a destination that delivers both affordability and quality across multiple touchpoints.

The event also featured a fireside conversation with Mohammad Anwar Khan, Founder and President of Pak Angels, moderated by Syed Abdul Qadir PMP, CISA, ISO LA, Executive Director at A. F. Ferguson and Company, a PwC member firm. The discussion focused on the convergence of healthcare, technology, and tourism as a significant opportunity for Pakistan. Participants noted that the rising cost of medical treatments and surgeries abroad has created space for countries like Pakistan to offer high quality care at comparatively accessible costs. The conversation highlighted how digital platforms, patient centric service design, and integrated end to end experiences can build trust, improve outcomes, and support international patient engagement. Pak Angels highlighted its role in supporting such ecosystems by connecting capital, expertise, and market access to emerging ventures operating at the intersection of these sectors.

Pak Angels expressed pride in partnering with Dreamworld to support cross sector collaboration, industry aligned skill development, and stronger product and service competitiveness. The partnership reflects a shared focus on enabling practical cooperation between startups, enterprises, and institutions while opening pathways to global markets. Synergies At The Seashore served as a platform for aligning vision with execution by bringing together stakeholders who can influence policy, investment, and innovation. The initiative also recognised the role of leadership and institutional support in building sustainable ecosystems, with acknowledgement given to irfan Hilal Ahmed and the Dreamworld team for driving the event with the support of partners across industries.
