NUST Collaborates with InnoQuest to Launch AI Practitioner Certification for Bootcamp Graduates

In a significant move to boost the certification and employability of AI-trained talent in Pakistan, InnoQuest has partnered with the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) to launch the InnoQuest AI Practitioner Certification Exam. This initiative is designed exclusively for graduates of the first cohort of the InnoQuest Emerging Tech Bootcamp and aims to validate their skills in artificial intelligence through a structured and standardized assessment process.

The certification program is part of an ongoing commitment to bridge the gap between emerging tech education and industry-recognized credentials. Those who successfully complete the exam will be awarded a certification from NUST, enhancing their credibility and competitiveness in the evolving digital job market. The exam serves as a practical progression for individuals who have undergone intensive training in AI as part of the bootcamp, offering them an opportunity to validate their knowledge through a recognized institutional framework.

The certification exam will be hosted across five major cities to ensure accessibility for candidates from different regions. The designated Innovista centers include Rawal (Islamabad/Rawalpindi), Ravi (Lahore), Indus (Karachi), Khyber (Peshawar), and Cholistan (Bahawalpur). This nationwide setup is expected to attract participation from diverse regions, enabling greater inclusivity in AI certification and professional development.

The registration process is now open, with a deadline set for July 22, 2025. Interested candidates who have completed the bootcamp must register before this date to be eligible. Exam dates will be announced shortly after registration closes. The fee for appearing in the exam is Rs. 10,000, and a limited number of scholarships will be provided to ensure broader access for participants who may require financial support. Payment links will be shared directly with shortlisted candidates, and seat allocation will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis due to capacity constraints at each center.

By offering NUST-certified credentials, the initiative seeks to build trust in locally developed AI capabilities and create a pathway for young professionals to demonstrate their proficiency to employers, research institutions, and global platforms. This effort complements national goals of strengthening Pakistan’s position in emerging technologies and aligns with broader digital transformation objectives supported by academic and industry stakeholders.

With this launch, InnoQuest continues to expand its role in developing tech talent across Pakistan, while NUST’s involvement reinforces the academic rigor and recognition of the certification. Both organizations aim to elevate the standards of AI education and provide bootcamp graduates with a tangible credential that supports their career progression in high-demand technical fields.
