Nolo Turns WhatsApp Into An AI-Powered Calendar Assistant That Schedules Meetings, Sends Invites And Syncs Calendars Through Simple Chat

A new artificial intelligence-powered tool called Nolo is making calendar management dramatically simpler by embedding a fully functional scheduling assistant directly into WhatsApp, removing the need for users to download a separate application, navigate a new interface, or learn any technical commands. The premise is straightforward: a user sends a message describing what they need, and Nolo processes it and acts on it immediately, handling everything from meeting creation and attendee invitations to reminder delivery and video conferencing link generation, all within the same WhatsApp conversation the user is already in.

The assistant is fully multilingual, meaning users can type their requests in English, Urdu, Arabic, Malay, or any other language and Nolo will understand and execute the instruction accurately. A message such as scheduling a team meeting the following day at a specific time with a named email address is sufficient for Nolo to add the event to the user’s calendar and automatically send an email invitation to the attendee, with no need to open a separate email client or calendar application. When video conferencing is required, Nolo can automatically generate a Google Meet or Zoom link and attach it to the event at the moment of booking, ensuring all participants have an active conference link before any manual follow-up is needed. Reminders arrive directly in WhatsApp rather than through email or a third-party notification system, keeping all scheduling communication within the platform where users are already most active. For users who manage appointments with external clients, candidates, or colleagues, Nolo also offers a personal booking page feature that provides a shareable link through which others can self-book time slots based on the user’s real-time availability, eliminating the back-and-forth that typically accompanies scheduling across organisations.

On the integration side, Nolo connects with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook, Apple Calendar, and any CalDAV-compatible calendar system, automatically synchronising events created through the assistant across all linked platforms and devices. There is no parallel calendar to maintain and no migration of existing data required, as Nolo works alongside the tools professionals already rely on by adding an intelligent conversational layer on top of them. The tool is free to use at a base level, with premium features including Zoom and Google Meet integration, booking pages, and advanced artificial intelligence personalisation available through Nolo Pro. Users wishing to try the Pro tier can use the promo code NOLOVIP to access two months of Nolo Pro at no cost. The assistant can be reached directly on WhatsApp at +1 (650) 663-3040, and further details are available at heynolo.co.
