National Center of Artificial Intelligence and AI HIVE have announced the launch of their Summer Programs 2026 in Islamabad, offering a series of training and research opportunities for students interested in artificial intelligence, robotics and emerging technologies. The programs will be held at NUST H-12 Islamabad and are aimed at school, college and university level students seeking practical exposure in the field of artificial intelligence and related disciplines.

According to details shared by the organisers, the initiative includes three separate programs scheduled to begin from June 15 and July 1. The first programme, titled AI and Robotics Summer Bootcamp, is designed for students between the ages of 10 and 15 and will run for 10 days starting June 15. The training will focus on building circuits and smart systems, programming fundamentals and introductory artificial intelligence concepts. Participants will also work on projects and a final hackathon during the course.

The second programme, AI Nexus Accelerator, is targeted at students enrolled in Federal Secondary School Certificate and Ordinary Level or Advanced Level education. The three week training session will begin on June 15 and is expected to cover hands-on artificial intelligence and robotics projects, Python programming and machine learning concepts. Organisers said the programme will also include internship certificates and career mentorship opportunities aimed at helping students explore future academic and professional pathways in technology related fields.

The third initiative, titled AI Research Apprenticeship, is scheduled to start from July 1 and is intended for students between the ages of 16 and 24 studying at Federal Secondary School Certificate, Ordinary Level or Advanced Level. The two week programme will focus on artificial intelligence assisted research, data analysis and project development. Participants are expected to work with real world datasets and prepare research papers or presentations as part of the training. Organisers stated that the programme has been structured to introduce students to research methodologies and practical applications of artificial intelligence tools across different domains.

NCAI and AI HIVE stated that the programmes are part of broader efforts to encourage artificial intelligence learning among young students and provide greater access to technical education opportunities in Pakistan. The announcement noted that seats for the programmes are limited and registrations are currently open. Organisers have also shared registration links and contact details for students and parents seeking additional information regarding admissions and schedules.
