PSEB has announced an exciting opportunity through their LinkedIn for Pakistani tech companies to participate in the Web Summit Qatar 2025, scheduled to take place from February 23-26 at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center (DECC). The event will serve as a platform for technology enthusiasts, innovators, and industry leaders to explore the future of tech, exchange ideas, and establish connections with global professionals.

In collaboration with the Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP), PSEB is offering a unique chance for 12 Pakistani companies to exhibit at the Tech Destination Pakistan Pavilion. This initiative aims to showcase the nation’s growing tech landscape and create opportunities for Pakistani tech companies to expand their presence in the rapidly developing Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) market.

The Web Summit Qatar is one of the most prominent tech events globally, attracting thousands of leaders from the tech and digital industries. The summit brings together a diverse community of decision-makers, investors, and innovators, making it an ideal platform for businesses to showcase their products, gain exposure, and network with potential partners.

For the participating companies, PSEB and TDAP are offering a generous 60% subsidy on exhibition costs. This means that the cost for Pakistani companies to set up a booth at the event after the subsidy is only PKR 625,000, making it an affordable and valuable opportunity to gain international recognition.

This initiative is part of PSEB’s ongoing efforts to foster growth within Pakistan’s IT sector and increase its global footprint. The event in Qatar offers not only a chance to learn about emerging trends but also the opportunity for companies to directly engage with potential clients, partners, and investors from across the globe.

Pakistani companies interested in this opportunity must apply by December 23, 2024, to secure their spot at the Web Summit. The registration process is simple and can be completed through the TDAP portal at https://tdap.gov.pk/mis/.

The Web Summit Qatar 2025 promises to be a pivotal event for Pakistan’s tech industry, providing a platform to showcase innovation, foster collaborations, and explore new markets. As the tech sector continues to grow in the GCC region, this is an unmissable opportunity for Pakistani companies looking to make their mark on the global stage.

With the deadline fast approaching, interested companies are urged to apply promptly to take advantage of the subsidized exhibition costs and represent Pakistan at one of the world’s most important tech events.
