Jazz, the top digital service provider in Pakistan, has partnered with Juniper Networks, a pioneer in secure, AI-driven networks, to build a revolutionary, enlarged, and improved data centre infrastructure to support data, music, and video services.

The network intends to support Jazz’s 74.9 million members by supporting its service delivery platform.

The alliance will create a greater network user experience at scale while streamlining Jazz’s operations. Its goal is to rethink its architectural approach by combining continuous automation, assurance, and data-driven insights.

A wide range of customer-facing services that require dependability and quick data throughput to enable a continually superior user experience will be supported by the new network.

These include mobile banking, music and video download/streaming services, cloud-based enterprise data services, and professional services like an agricultural application used by four million farmers for information, counsel, and direction in rural locations.

In addition, Jazz will use the network to support important internal workloads like CRM and billing.

Because the network’s initial design is based on daily operations, a single source of truth is possible throughout the network’s lifespan. Jazz will be able to run a network that is a lot more effective, dependable, and agile thanks to this strategy.

Deploying new service features will aid in improving the user experience for network employees and customers.

The vice president of technology at Jazz, Abdul Rehman Usmani, commented on the partnership by saying that “Jazz faces relentless data demand and heightened expectations for seamless digital services, just like all service providers globally.”

In order to provide our enterprise customers and subscribers with the best user experiences possible, we wanted to totally reimagine our data centre operations.

Operational simplicity was a priority in order to reduce costs and increase our users’ usability.

technical teams dealing with a scaled-up, huge demand. We looked at a number of vendors, but Juniper’s ability to provide the precise networking results we need made it simple to make a highly strategic choice, according to Usmani.

“The power of automation, bound within a single operating process,” Mike Bushong, Vice President, Cloud Ready Data Center at Juniper Networks, said when asked for his opinions.

“This implies that its network turns into a strategic business tool, utilising data to enable reliable deployment and operational efficiencies, and eliminating conventional network limits that require users to choose between speed and dependability. The outcome will be significant savings on downstream expenses and fantastic returns on networking investments, according to statistics from other Juniper customers, Bushong continued.

As the top telecom provider in Pakistan, Jazz has established a reputation for cutting-edge innovation and the capacity to grow cloud-based services fast and reliably. Jazz also provides the biggest spectrum of value-added digital services to businesses and customers.

Following a rigorous vendor-agnostic technology appraisal, focused on the operational and cost efficiencies made possible by network automation, Jazz has selected Juniper’s technology and expertise to underpin this latest project.
