Islamabad Capital Police College has inaugurated Batch-III of the Prime Minister Youth Skills Development Program in partnership with NAVTTC, the National Vocational and Technical Training Commission. The initiative is designed to provide Pakistani youth with industry-relevant skills through free-of-cost vocational courses. By offering practical training and certification, the program aims to enhance employability and prepare participants for careers in high-demand sectors. The courses cater to young people across a wide range of fields including technology, digital marketing, creative arts, languages, and sports.

Among the technology-focused programs, participants can enroll in Artificial Intelligence courses covering machine learning, deep learning, and communication skills. Web development is also offered as part of the Certificate in IT, designed for individuals looking to build technical expertise and practical coding experience. Digital Marketing and Search Engine Optimization courses are included to equip students with the skills necessary to excel in online marketing, social media strategies, and website optimization. These courses provide an opportunity to develop competencies that are increasingly essential in Pakistan’s growing digital economy.

The program also features creative skill development, including graphic designing and video editing courses that focus on practical, hands-on training. Language courses are offered to enhance communication and global employability, with English programs aligned to IELTS/PTE B1-B2 CEFR standards and German language instruction at the A1 level. Additionally, aspiring fitness professionals can benefit from the sports trainer training program. Through this diverse curriculum, participants gain access to a combination of technical, creative, and professional skills that can strengthen their career prospects across multiple industries.

Eligibility criteria for the program vary by course. IT courses require candidates to have completed at least intermediate education, while other programs accept matriculation certificate holders or above. Age eligibility is set between 18 and 40 years. Classes are offered in 3- and 6-month formats at the Capital Police College in H-11, Islamabad, providing on-premises, hands-on learning. Upon completion, participants receive certification that can support their entry into professional careers or further education. Seats are limited, making early registration essential to secure participation.

Interested candidates can register by contacting the program via WhatsApp at +92 315 5929350. Officials have highlighted that the initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance youth skill development in Pakistan, creating opportunities in sectors such as IT, digital marketing, and creative industries. By offering free vocational training with certification, the program supports youth employment, economic inclusion, and professional growth. This initiative reflects ongoing government efforts to promote digital skills and prepare young professionals for the evolving demands of local and international markets.
