IESCO Partners with 1LINK and PITC to Enhance Digital Billing Integration

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has taken a significant step towards digital transformation by signing an addendum with 1LINK to onboard the Power Information Technology Company (PITC) for seamless online data connectivity. This collaboration aims to integrate billing data across all banking channels, including the IESCO Smart Application, ensuring a more efficient and automated process for customers.

The signing ceremony was attended by key stakeholders, including Mr. Tahir Masood, Chairman of IESCO, Dr. Muhammad Kashif Shahzad, CEO of PITC, and Mr. Bashir Khan, COO of 1LINK. Their presence underscored the importance of this partnership in modernizing Pakistan’s utility billing systems through advanced fintech solutions.

By eliminating the need for manual data uploads, this initiative will significantly enhance operational efficiency for IESCO and its customers. Users will benefit from real-time billing data synchronization, reducing delays and errors in payment processing. The integration with 1LINK—Pakistan’s largest interbank payment network—ensures that transactions across all connected banking platforms are streamlined, making bill payments faster and more secure.
