Confiz introduces CEmerge 2022 to provide a seamless onboarding experience for its 60+ new hires since it is passionate about motivating the next generation of trailblazers in the digital industry. The event was jam-packed with instructive workshops, fun networking opportunities, and numerous team-building exercises to provide the new hires the skills and resources they need to begin their professional careers.

Ahsan Saleem, senior vice president of professional services at Confiz, spoke to the new hires at the occasion. He discussed his career path from Project Manager to Senior Vice President of Professional Services and how the distinctive business culture aided in his development over the years. The largest group of young engineers we have employed to date, he said, “We’re really excited to have you on board. Following the orientation, the new hires were given a chance to identify themselves, and then participated in engaging team-building exercises to encourage problem-solving and collaboration in a fun and creative work environment. The new hires had the opportunity to mingle with Confiz portfolio leads Dawood Liaqat, Syed Salman Ahmed, and Fahad Ilyas during the networking event.
