Avanza Premier Payment Services (APPS) and NRSP Microfinance Bank have recently signed an agreement to enable Payfast, an E-commerce and M-commerce payment gateway which will allow customers and merchants to benefit from online payment facilities.

The collaboration between the two platforms has come as a collaborative move to harness the potential of the rapidly evolving FinTech and cashless landscape that opens numerous avenues for all its customers across Pakistan.

Through Payfast NRSP customers will be able to transact online on numerous APPS partner merchants which range from marketplaces, schools, billers to mutual funds etc.

Mr. Zahoor Hussain Khan, President and CEO NRSP Microfinance Bank speaking on the occasion said,

“With our combined effort and focus in understanding and meeting customer needs, we realize that financial solutions are needed, especially payment mechanisms that are fast, secure and in-line with modern banking practices. Payfast has the capacity to facilitate our customers immensely. With this rapid introduction of new technologies we are raising the bar of customer expectations for the entire industry and are quite happy with our mutual efforts to meet these expectations and increase customer satisfaction.”

Meanwhile, Mr. Adnan Ali CEO of APPS said,

“We believe in enhancing the online commerce within our communities. Our motive is to empower customers while creating an environment where they may use financial services for seamless online payments. Collaborating with NRSP Bank is a part of our strategic planning on building a digital ecosystem. With our continued efforts we will strive to make our community to “Go Cashless”
