HCOS is set to launch HR Seasons, a new executive dialogue platform, with its inaugural session scheduled for April 4, 2026, at the Denning Institute of Technology and Entrepreneurship located at PECHS in Karachi. The platform is designed to bring together chief executive officers, chief human resources officers, chief information officers, and senior business decision-makers for focused, high-level conversations at the intersection of human resources leadership, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.

The theme for Season 1 of HR Seasons is “What CEOs Expect from HR in the Age of AI and Digital Transformation,” a topic that has grown increasingly central to boardroom conversations across industries as organisations navigate the dual pressures of technological disruption and evolving workforce expectations. The session will examine how the human resources function is shifting from a traditional support role into a strategic driver of business transformation, a transition that many chief executives now regard as essential to remaining competitive in an environment shaped by rapid automation, data-driven decision-making, and changing talent dynamics.

The format is structured to encourage genuine executive exchange rather than passive presentation, combining leadership insights with fireside dialogue and panel discussions among participants. This approach is intended to create the conditions for candid, experience-driven conversation among peers who are actively navigating the challenges of leading organisations through digital change. The event is positioned for chief executive officers, chief human resources officers, human resources leaders, and business decision-makers who are looking for substantive engagement with these questions in a setting built specifically for senior practitioners. Those interested in attending can register through the official link at https://lnkd.in/decDahSU.
