Zong, Pakistan’s leading technology innovation company, has announced an exclusive partnership with Mercantile, the official Apple Authorized Distributor, to bring the highly anticipated iPhone 17 to the Pakistani market in October 2025. This collaboration marks an important milestone for both companies as they aim to provide Apple enthusiasts in Pakistan with the most competitive and value-driven offering available. Through this initiative, Zong customers will have access to premium connectivity options and special bundles designed to enhance their ownership experience and ensure peace of mind.

Under this partnership, every iPhone 17 purchased through Zong will come with comprehensive insurance coverage that includes both accidental damage and theft protection, a significant value addition for customers seeking reliability and security. The devices will also be backed by a two-year warranty – one year from Apple and an additional one-year warranty from Mercantile – offering customers extended protection and confidence in their purchase. This combination of official pricing, warranty coverage, and insurance reflects the commitment of both companies to delivering authenticity and superior service in the Pakistani market. To further enhance the launch, Zong is offering exclusive free gifts with every purchase for a limited time, adding even more appeal to the offer.

The iPhone 17 will be available at Zong Customer Service Centers nationwide, ensuring complete regulatory compliance and premium after-sales support through Mercantile Care, Apple’s Authorized Service Provider network. According to Nauman Durrani, CEO of Mercantile Pakistan, the partnership with Zong is designed to enable Apple fans across the country to experience the latest iPhone generation with confidence and convenience. He stated that Mercantile is committed to ensuring the best ownership experience for iPhone users in Pakistan by providing official pricing and value-added services such as a free extended warranty and premium after-sales support in partnership with Zong.

Sajid Munir, Head of Marketing at Zong, highlighted the company’s focus on making world-class technology more accessible and rewarding for its customers. He explained that with the iPhone 17 launch, Zong is ensuring authenticity, 4G excellence, and customer-centric digital products through exclusive bundles, affordability options, and special launch benefits. This initiative reinforces Zong’s position as the operator of choice for Pakistan’s digitally savvy consumers by combining affordability, reliability, and innovative bundles. Through this approach, customers not only gain access to the latest iPhone but also enjoy a highly rewarding ownership experience backed by strong after-sales care, setting a new benchmark for value-driven connectivity in the country.
