Viva Finance Private Limited, a rising name in the financial services sector, has reached a significant milestone with the acquisition of the Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) license from the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). This license paves the way for the company to launch a range of innovative financial wellness products and services in Pakistan under the brand name NOVA Finance.

NOVA Finance is entering the market with a mission to improve the lives of Pakistan’s everyday earners by alleviating the stress of financial uncertainty between paychecks. By providing solutions that offer financial flexibility, the company aims to empower individuals to live happier, more secure lives.

The first flagship product under NOVA Finance, the Earned Wage Access (EWA) solution, is poised to revolutionize employee financial well-being in Pakistan. Designed to benefit both employers and employees, the EWA software provides a seamless system for disbursing advance salaries. Employers gain access to an automated web portal that streamlines the salary advance process, while employees can use the NOVA Finance mobile app to instantly access earned wages, anytime and anywhere.

The service promises tangible benefits for businesses, including enhanced employee productivity, better talent attraction, and increased retention rates. By creating workplaces that prioritize financial security, NOVA Finance seeks to foster a culture of trust and satisfaction, ensuring employees feel supported and empowered.

At the helm of Viva Finance is a team of seasoned professionals with expertise in finance, risk management, information technology, product development, and marketing. This leadership is committed to advancing Pakistan’s emerging fintech industry by combining cutting-edge technologies with a deep focus on customer well-being.

Viva Finance’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Vahid Najafzadeh, shared his vision for the company’s future:

“We use cutting-edge technologies to create a market-leading product at low cost with a seamless customer experience. While developing our services, we have focused on the financial well-being of our customers, which is based on mutual respect and support between us and our customers. Our EWA tool allows salaried employees access to what they earn. This financial tool aims to help salaried people have access to what they earn daily, whenever and wherever they want. If someone wants to buy a present for a friend in the middle of the month, there is no need to wait until salary day. Earnings can be accessed instantly. That’s why our slogan is ‘Life doesn’t wait for payday.’”

With the launch of its financial wellness products, NOVA Finance is positioning itself as a transformative player in Pakistan’s financial landscape. The company is not only meeting the immediate financial needs of individuals but also promoting a long-term vision of economic empowerment and stability.

As the fintech industry in Pakistan continues to grow, Viva Finance’s innovative approach and commitment to customer-centric solutions are likely to set new standards in financial services, paving the way for a more inclusive and flexible financial ecosystem.
