Leaked renders of Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra have surfaced, giving a sneak peek at what might be one of the most anticipated smartphone releases of 2025. According to well-known leaker Ice Universe, the latest images reveal subtle but significant changes to the design of the flagship phone, which is expected to launch in early 2025.

The new renders show a flatter side profile with volume and power buttons placed on the right side. This design marks a departure from the curved edges seen on previous Galaxy Ultra models, but it’s unclear if this flat-sided look is a design choice or a result of rendering software. Perhaps the most striking change is the rounded corners, reminiscent of the Galaxy Note series, which was discontinued but might return as a replacement for the Plus model in the S25 lineup.

Not much is revealed about the back of the phone, as Ice Universe claims the design is unfinished. However, the front view of the phone suggests a sleeker design, with more streamlined edges and a possible return to the Note series aesthetic. Samsung’s Ultra line has maintained a similar design language since the Galaxy S22 Ultra, so these changes could bring a fresh look to the flagship lineup.

Samsung typically launches its Galaxy S series in January or February, and if the company sticks to its early launch schedule, we might see the S25 Ultra unveiled in the first quarter of 2025. As anticipation builds, Samsung fans will be eager to see what new features and innovations this flagship device will offer.
