The Pakistan Pavilion has been inaugurated at AI Everything Global 2026 in the United Arab Emirates, where five Pakistani technology companies are showcasing artificial intelligence based solutions and services. The pavilion was established under the Pakistan Software Export Board and opened by Pakistan’s Ambassador to the UAE, Shafqat Ali Khan. The exhibition brings together more than 500 exhibitors from 70 countries and 150 investors, giving the Pakistani companies a place among a large international audience of technology firms and potential partners. The event is being held in Abu Dhabi, which has become a regular stop for technology companies looking to reach Gulf customers and investors.

The participating companies are presenting technologies and services in AI data intelligence, AI surveillance and AI sales solutions, along with a fourth area that Dunya News described as autonomous artificial intelligence. Other reports on the event have listed it as sovereign AI. The showcase is intended to highlight Pakistan’s growing digital talent and software capabilities, and it places locally developed AI products in front of buyers and investors in one of the region’s most active technology markets. For smaller Pakistani firms, a shared national pavilion can also reduce the cost and effort of attending a large international event on their own.

Speaking at the opening, Ambassador Khan met representatives of the Pakistani companies and said the country’s technology sector must play an active role that matches the rapidly changing global AI landscape. He described the development of an AI related workforce and talent as crucial to Pakistan’s global competitiveness, and stressed the need to equip young people with artificial intelligence, coding and advanced digital skills. During the exhibition, Pakistani delegates are also holding meetings with global industry leaders, investors and technology stakeholders to discuss artificial intelligence, digital transformation and new business partnerships. The participation was facilitated by the Commercial Section of the Pakistani diplomatic mission in the UAE, led by Trade and Investment Counsellor Ali Zeb Khan, with support from PSEB and the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication. This kind of coordination between a diplomatic mission, the national export body and the federal ministry is meant to help companies turn exhibition contacts into follow up discussions after the event ends.

The pavilion opens against a backdrop of growing technology trade between the two countries. According to the data cited in the report, Pakistan’s IT exports to the UAE increased from $376 million in fiscal year 2024-25 to $536 million in fiscal year 2025-26, an increase of 42 percent. CW Pakistan has already reported on the export figures. Taken together, the rising export numbers and a dedicated national pavilion at a major AI gathering suggest that Pakistani companies are looking to build on their existing UAE business by moving into AI products and services, and the meetings held during the exhibition will be the first test of how much commercial interest the showcase can turn into partnerships, investment and longer term cooperation with UAE based and international buyers.
