The National Incubation Center (NIC) Karachi has announced the commencement of its 12th cohort, welcoming 37 promising startups into its incubation program.

Following a competitive selection process that attracted over 400 applications and 112 pitches, NIC Karachi, managed by Lucky Landmark Pvt Ltd in partnership with LMKT and Acceleration Partner Orbit Startups, is set to empower these startups on their path to innovation.

Funded by Ignite – National Technology Fund, NIC Karachi remains Pakistan’s largest incubation center and startup accelerator. Over the past six years, NIC Karachi has incubated startups that have created over one million jobs, generated more than Rs8 billion in revenue, and raised over Rs9 billion in investment.

With Orbit Startups, a leading international VC firm operating in Pakistan, the 12th cohort will benefit from enhanced mentorship, capacity-building initiatives, and greater access to capital, ensuring they are well-equipped to scale locally and internationally.

Atif R Khan, CEO of LMKT, expressed his excitement about the new cohort, stating,

“We are thrilled to embark on this journey with our Cohort 12 startups. As LMKT holds the largest incubation footprint in Pakistan, our commitment to fostering innovation remains unwavering. Our collaboration with Lucky Landmark and Orbit Startups is elevating NIC Karachi to new heights. This cohort will have access to enhanced mentorship and funding, preparing them to thrive in both local and international markets.”
