Nayatel has conducted a training session for its field staff focused on communication, customer service and professional presentation as the company works to improve interactions between employees and customers. The session, titled “Andaaz He Pehchaan Hai,” was designed for employees who regularly engage with customers in the field and highlighted the importance of effective communication and service delivery. The training was led by Qamar Sheraz, Corporate Trainer at Nayatel, and focused on helping participants develop a distinctive professional style while representing the company during customer interactions.

The session addressed communication and customer service skills that field staff can use during their regular interactions with customers. Employees working in the field frequently serve as a direct point of contact between a telecommunications company and its customers, making communication an important part of their responsibilities. During the training, participants were guided on ways to interact with customers more effectively while maintaining a professional approach. The session also focused on personal grooming and presentation, with employees encouraged to develop a style that reflects their role as Nayatel representatives. These areas were presented as part of the company’s approach to improving the overall customer experience during field visits and service related interactions.

Another focus of the training was understanding and responding to customer expectations. Participants were encouraged to work toward meeting and exceeding expectations while maintaining the organization’s values in their interactions. The session aimed to help field staff combine technical responsibilities with appropriate communication and service practices, allowing them to handle customer interactions more efficiently. Nayatel said the training was particularly relevant for field employees because of their regular engagement with customers. Feedback from participants indicated that improved communication and customer service skills could help them interact with customers more effectively and complete their work more efficiently.

The “Andaaz He Pehchaan Hai” session forms part of Nayatel’s employee development activities, with a focus on skills that can influence customer interactions and service delivery. By providing field staff with training in communication, grooming and customer service, the company is seeking to support employees in their day to day responsibilities while maintaining a consistent standard of customer engagement. The training also places emphasis on employees representing the organization through their conduct and communication while working with customers. Nayatel’s initiative highlights the role of employee training in the telecommunications sector, where field staff have frequent direct contact with customers and can influence their experience through both the quality of service and the manner in which that service is delivered.
