Huawei has taken a significant step towards enhancing Pakistan’s digital landscape by launching the Train-the-Trainer (TTT) program. The initiative aims to empower 300,000 students with advanced ICT skills through a cascade training approach.
Under the guidance of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, the program has been designed to bridge the gap between academia and industry. By training a pool of trainers, Huawei and its partners are ensuring that students receive high-quality ICT education.
Ahmed Bilal Masood, Deputy CEO of Huawei Pakistan, highlighted the company’s commitment to investing in Pakistan’s youth and developing a globally competitive workforce. Aisha Humera Chaudhary, Secretary of IT and Telecom, emphasized the government’s support for the initiative and its potential to drive economic growth.
The TTT program is part of Huawei’s broader efforts to contribute to Pakistan’s digital transformation. By fostering a skilled ICT workforce, the program is expected to play a vital role in the country’s economic development.
