Applications are now open for Growth Readiness 6, a focused startup development program under the i2i ecosystem, created to support post-MVP startups led or co-led by women entrepreneurs in Pakistan. The five-day virtual experience, scheduled from July 29 to August 2, aims to equip founders with the necessary tools, insights, and community support to scale intentionally and confidently. Delivered live via Zoom from 11 AM to 3 PM PKT daily, the program is designed to offer tangible outcomes, including a six-month strategic roadmap tailored to each startup’s goals.
Growth Readiness has been instrumental in supporting early-stage businesses that are beyond the ideation phase but still navigating foundational challenges. Since its launch, the initiative has helped over 120 startups strengthen their business models, build market traction, and accelerate sustainable growth. Through its partnership with i2iScale, the program has facilitated more than $195,000 in funding raised by participants, contributed to over $3.2 million in combined revenue generation, and helped create 333 jobs—a 14 percent increase across its portfolio. Notably, 131 of these positions were created or sustained for women, reflecting a 27 percent growth in gender-inclusive employment.
The upcoming cohort is designed specifically for founders who have launched their product or service and are now seeking structured guidance to scale. The program’s content will address areas such as refining business foundations, unlocking growth opportunities, operational efficiency, and building investor readiness. In addition to strategic planning, founders will be introduced to a strong network of mentors, domain experts, and fellow entrepreneurs, enabling them to build community and gain long-term support.
Women-led or co-led startups operating across sectors are encouraged to apply, with preference given to those who demonstrate commitment to growth and the ability to execute. The application deadline is set for July 20, and spots are limited to ensure personalized attention for each participating team. Previous cohorts have included high-potential startups that have since gained traction in healthtech, e-commerce, education, and financial services.
The program is supported by a team of professionals who have played active roles in Pakistan’s startup ecosystem, including Visa, Aleena Khan, Laiba Ahmad, Duaa Asif, Saba Kalsoom, and Mukti Prem Chand. These individuals bring operational, legal, and strategic expertise to the mentorship component of the program, making it a comprehensive experience for the selected founders.
Growth Readiness 6 is not positioned as a typical workshop. It is structured as a hands-on, outcome-driven accelerator for emerging businesses ready to move beyond experimentation and into measurable growth. With its track record and targeted approach, the program continues to be a trusted platform for women entrepreneurs who are looking to expand their businesses in a meaningful, scalable way.
