E-Rozgaar Center at Mux Institute in Shamsabad, Multan, has officially opened by Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB), offering a workspace designed for the growth of freelancers, startups, and IT companies in the region. The center is set to play a pivotal role in driving the digital economy by providing an ideal environment for innovation, collaboration, and career development.

Located in the heart of Multan, the E-Rozgaar Center is strategically placed to ensure easy accessibility for professionals from across the city. One of the standout features of the center is its cutting-edge infrastructure. Equipped with high-speed optical fiber internet, the center guarantees fast and reliable connectivity, crucial for freelancers and IT companies working in today’s digital landscape. In addition, an uninterrupted power supply backed by solar energy and generators ensures that work can continue smoothly, even during power outages.

Security is also a top priority at the e-Rozgaar Center, with advanced access control systems ensuring safe entry to the facility. The center operates 24/7, providing the flexibility to cater to the diverse schedules of freelancers and startups who may need to work outside traditional hours. The flexible seating arrangements include shared desks, dedicated desks, cubicles, and private offices, catering to the needs of different professionals and teams. With a capacity of 50 seats, the center can accommodate a wide range of clients, making it an ideal space for both individuals and growing teams.

Ample parking space adds to the convenience for those who prefer to drive, while the center’s collaborative environment is designed to foster networking and creativity among its members. Additionally, the e-Rozgaar Center offers training and mentorship programs aimed at helping individuals and startups enhance their skills and achieve career growth. These programs are tailored to address the needs of freelancers and entrepreneurs in a rapidly changing digital economy, offering valuable insights and opportunities for development.

The official opening event on December 27, 2024, was a tremendous success, with a wide range of attendees, including freelancers, startup founders, industry professionals, and members of civil society. Hosted by PSEB and Mux Institute, the open house provided an excellent platform for collaboration, idea exchange, and networking. It allowed visitors to explore the center’s facilities, interact with other professionals, and learn more about the resources available to support their work and business growth.

The e-Rozgaar Center at Mux Institute is part of a broader initiative by PSEB to promote freelancing and entrepreneurship across Pakistan. By providing a conducive environment for digital professionals, the center aims to empower the local workforce, enhance skill development, and foster the growth of the IT sector in Multan and beyond.
