Confiz, a company dedicated to helping others, gave PKR 1.25 million to the Alkhidmat Foundation to fund emergency medical care in Pakistani flood-affected areas.

Ten medical camps in Quetta, Khuzdar, Wahwa, Charsdadda, and other locations will be supported by the gift. A group of medical experts assembled by the Alkhidmat Foundation, which is committed to giving medication and health screenings to 200 to 300 individuals each day, will run the medical camps.

Confiz’s CEO, Muhammad Raza Saeed, expressed his feelings about the flood-stricken areas and said, “Confiz is very sympathetic to this cause as several of our employees are from the afflicted areas. Through our collaboration with the Alkhidmat Foundation, those in need will have access to medical care. We intend to support our community through this project during these challenging times.

It is noteworthy that this is not the first time Alkhidmat Foundation and Confiz have collaborated, especially in light of Confiz’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives aimed at generating beneficial societal effect. Confiz made headlines last year for working with Sindh’s Alkhidmat’s Diagnostic Center to make blood testing available to the local populace.

Confiz has consistently demonstrated a remarkable eagerness to support social issues, according to Shahid Iqbal, secretary general at the Alkhidmat Foundation. We sincerely appreciate their assistance in helping us raise money for flood relief, and we intend to keep working together to make society better.

Confiz’s long-term goal of working toward healthcare equity, which is mirrored in Confiz’s CSR efforts in the healthcare sector, is the reason for its focus on access to medical services in flood-affected areas.

Confiz and Pakistan’s Children’s Heart Foundation (PCHF) joined up in April 2022 to build a new Children’s Heart Hospital & Research Institute. In addition, Confiz helped arrange three heart operations with the assistance of the PCHF hospital, as well as 187 adult patients’ cataract surgeries through The Layton Rahmatullah Trust (LRBT).

Additionally, Confiz took part in the Catfish, Corndogs and Cornhole Tournament in June in Rogers, United States, where it served as one of the Gold Sponsors. The tournament’s revenues were donated to the Mercy Health Foundation.

Confiz’s commitment to CSR has been a cornerstone of its corporate culture over the past fiscal year, as seen by its donations to causes like health fairness, access to education, and water security.

With a revised budget for FY 2023, Confiz will continue to increase its community service goals. The primary areas of concentration for this year will be health and education.
