Following talks with the National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC), Jazz is mobilising its resources to conduct a statewide awareness campaign encouraging Pakistanis to get vaccinated, according to a press statement. The decision was made in light of the NCOC’s statement and pledge that all public and private sector personnel will be required to receive coronavirus vaccines. As a result, the country is on track to reopen all economic sectors as soon as feasible.
Jazz will use its media channels to contact millions of individuals who have yet to have their vaccinations in support of the national cause. This campaign will run in print and online.
“We will do everything we can to broadcast the vital message far and wide, realising the obligation that comes upon us as a premier digital media firm. Jazz wants to reach those who are either vaccine doubters or clueless, using simple, fact-based messages and the relevant channels. The nationwide immunisation effort, by boosting timely awareness, can help to stem the tide of infection,” according to Jazz CEO Aamir Ibrahim.
