Daraz, South Asia’s leading e-commerce platform, has unveiled a major upgrade to its flagship brand channel, DarazMall, just in time for the upcoming 11.11 sale. The initiative introduces an Authenticity Guarantee with a three-times cashback promise, ensuring that customers can shop confidently from verified brands. Alongside the new guarantee, DarazMall has also revealed a refreshed visual identity featuring a vibrant purple and orange palette, reflecting its commitment to trust, innovation, and a superior brand shopping experience for millions of users across the region.

As South Asia’s first virtual mall, DarazMall has grown into a trusted online destination hosting more than 1,500 local and international brands. Its catalogue spans across multiple categories, including Fashion, Beauty, Electronics, Home, and Lifestyle, with prominent names such as Unilever, Reckitt, Nestle, Tapal, Samsung, Haier, Xiaomi, Realme, Infinix, Tecno, and Oraimo. The platform provides a secure and authentic shopping experience backed by official brand stores, warranties, and after-sales support. According to Daraz Group Chief Commercial Officer Ben Yi, DarazMall is central to the company’s business strategy, helping brands strengthen their online presence while meeting the expectations of digitally savvy consumers. He emphasized that trust remains at the heart of e-commerce, and the Authenticity Guarantee reinforces that commitment by protecting customers against counterfeit products.

DarazMall continues to offer a premium experience through exclusive card offers, flexible payment methods, reliable delivery, and responsive customer care. During this year’s 11.11 event, shoppers can explore more than 17 million branded products, enjoy up to 60% off flash vouchers during Brand Rush Hours, and benefit from free delivery on selected items. The platform also ensures quick fulfillment, with delivery times as short as two days and a hassle-free 14-day return policy. Romesa Sami, E-commerce Manager at Reckitt Pakistan, highlighted that all Reckitt products on DarazMall are 100% authentic and managed directly by the company. She expressed confidence in Daraz’s role as a reliable partner, stating that Reckitt’s participation in the 11.11 campaign would feature value bundles and exclusive offers for Pakistani consumers. Muhammad Ali, Head of Marketing, Brand Experience & E-Commerce at Levi’s Pakistan, shared similar sentiments, confirming that all Levi’s flagship store items on Daraz are genuine and sourced directly from the brand, with up to 70% off on select collections during the sale.

DarazMall continues to provide verified brands and authorized sellers with a powerful e-commerce growth engine. Through Daraz Business Solutions (DBS) and Daraz Marketing Solutions (DMS), brands gain access to AI-driven marketing tools, influencer collaborations, and traffic acceleration features that enhance visibility and drive conversions. The platform also offers programs like Early Bird and Flash Sales to help brands boost exposure during high-demand periods. With its extensive logistics network, integrated marketing suite, and trusted shopping ecosystem, DarazMall strengthens brand credibility and customer loyalty across Pakistan. Users can easily identify official DarazMall products via the “Mall” badge on the Daraz app or website, ensuring every purchase is authentic, backed by verified brand partnerships, and supported by Daraz’s secure fulfillment infrastructure.
