Yango Pakistan has entered into a partnership with Jazz Business to improve connectivity and digital support services for drivers and couriers operating on its platform. The collaboration is aimed at enhancing communication, operational efficiency and access to digital tools for individuals working across ride hailing and delivery services in different cities of Pakistan.

According to details shared by the companies, the partnership will provide discounted mobile packages and connectivity solutions tailored for Yango drivers and couriers. Officials said the initiative is intended to improve internet access and communication reliability for individuals who rely heavily on mobile connectivity during ride bookings, navigation and delivery operations. The companies stated that digital access has become increasingly important for platform based transport and logistics services where uninterrupted connectivity directly affects customer experience and operational performance.

Yango Pakistan, which operates ride hailing and delivery services through its mobile application, has continued expanding its presence in the local mobility and logistics market. The company offers transport, courier and delivery services while working with local partners and drivers through its digital platform. Industry observers note that demand for app based transport and delivery services has continued to increase in Pakistan, particularly in urban centres where users increasingly rely on digital applications for commuting and parcel delivery services.

Jazz Business stated that partnerships with technology and mobility platforms form part of its wider strategy to support enterprises and digitally connected workforces across Pakistan. Telecom operators have increasingly focused on enterprise solutions, cloud services and connectivity products tailored for businesses operating through digital platforms. Analysts believe stable connectivity and affordable mobile data services have become essential requirements for drivers, riders and couriers working within app based transport and delivery ecosystems.

Officials from both companies said the agreement reflects growing collaboration between telecom operators and digital mobility platforms as Pakistan’s digital economy continues to expand. The companies added that the partnership is expected to improve operational convenience for drivers and couriers while also supporting service efficiency for users relying on app based transport and delivery services across the country.
