Xiaomi has officially launched the Redmi 15 series in Pakistan, strengthening its presence in the country’s budget smartphone market. The lineup includes the Redmi 15 and the Redmi 15C 4G, both of which are now available through online platforms as well as in retail outlets across major cities. With a focus on large displays, powerful batteries, and competitive pricing, the new devices are expected to appeal to cost-conscious consumers seeking a balance of performance and longevity.

Both smartphones feature a tall 6.9-inch IPS LCD display, but the quality differs between the two. The Redmi 15 comes with a Full HD+ panel supporting a smooth 144Hz refresh rate, designed for users who prioritize immersive visuals and seamless scrolling. The Redmi 15C 4G, in contrast, offers an HD+ resolution with a 120Hz refresh rate, which provides adequate responsiveness for everyday use at a lower price point. Xiaomi has also differentiated the models through their design, with the Redmi 15 available in Midnight Black, Titan Gray, and Ripple Green, while the Redmi 15C 4G is offered in Moonlight Blue, Mint Green, Midnight Gray, and Twilight Orange.

Performance is another area where the two models diverge. The Redmi 15 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 685 processor and comes with up to 8 GB of RAM paired with 128 GB of storage, delivering a more robust multitasking experience. On the other hand, the Redmi 15C 4G runs on the MediaTek Helio G81 Ultra chipset with either 4 GB or 6 GB of RAM and the same 128 GB storage option. Both devices ship with HyperOS 2.2 based on Android 15, ensuring that users benefit from the latest software features and improved system efficiency.

In terms of imaging, the Redmi 15 carries a 50 MP main rear sensor supported by additional depth and macro lenses, giving it an edge in versatility. The Redmi 15C 4G, meanwhile, relies on a single 50 MP main sensor but still provides reliable performance for standard photography needs. On the front, the Redmi 15 is equipped with an 8 MP selfie camera, while the Redmi 15C 4G surprisingly includes a higher resolution 13 MP front-facing lens, catering to users who focus on self-portraits and video calls.

Battery capacity is one of the key highlights of the new lineup. The Redmi 15 includes a massive 7,000 mAh battery with support for 33 W fast charging, making it suitable for extended usage without frequent recharging. The Redmi 15C 4G is equipped with a 6,000 mAh battery, also supported by 33 W fast charging, which ensures solid endurance even at the lower price tier. This combination of large battery capacity and quick recharging support positions both models strongly within the budget smartphone segment.

As for pricing in Pakistan, the Redmi 15 with 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage is priced at Rs. 45,999. The Redmi 15C 4G is available in two versions: the 4 GB + 128 GB model at Rs. 30,999 and the 6 GB + 128 GB model at Rs. 32,999. With these options, Xiaomi has aimed to cover multiple budget ranges, offering flexibility to consumers seeking affordable yet capable smartphones. The launch of the Redmi 15 series underscores Xiaomi’s strategy to expand its footprint in Pakistan by delivering high-value devices equipped with features that resonate with the local market.
