The Karachi Chapter is hosting a virtual event titled “AI + Us” on June 28, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM (GMT+05:00), aiming to unpack the increasingly pivotal role of Artificial Intelligence in transforming everyday business operations, particularly for small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and agencies. The session invites professionals and entrepreneurs to explore how AI is not just an emerging concept but an essential technology actively reshaping how businesses function and compete.

The event is designed to highlight the wide-ranging potential of AI, from automating repetitive tasks and improving customer interactions to optimizing marketing strategies through data insights. In particular, attendees will learn how AI-powered tools such as chatbots and advanced analytics can deliver personalized experiences and streamline operations. The focus will be on showcasing real-world use cases that demonstrate measurable benefits like cost efficiency, time savings, and enhanced decision-making for organizations operating without the large-scale infrastructure or budget of enterprise-level firms.

For SMBs and agencies looking to stay competitive, the insights from this session are positioned to offer strategic guidance on implementing AI in a practical, scalable manner. Rather than treating AI as a luxury reserved for larger corporations, the discussion will center on how smaller organizations can harness its potential to achieve significant growth and better navigate the modern business landscape.

The session will also touch on how AI tools are empowering smaller teams to do more with less, enabling them to better serve clients, improve internal workflows, and pivot quickly in a fast-changing digital market. Whether it’s boosting engagement through AI-curated marketing or refining operational efficiency via intelligent automation, the event aims to equip participants with a better understanding of what AI can deliver today—not years down the road.

Organized by Aaqib Sayed from Digital Ocean, this event is part of the Karachi Chapter’s ongoing efforts to build knowledge-sharing communities around emerging technologies. It is important to note that the event is not sponsored or endorsed by Harvard Business School. All organizers, participants, and team members involved are volunteers, and no individual is affiliated with HBS in an employment capacity.

Participants interested in joining the event must RSVP before June 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM (GMT+05:00) to secure their place. Registration is available through the event link, and slots are expected to fill up quickly due to growing interest in AI adoption across business sectors.
