Unilever Pakistan’s Wall’s team has taken a significant step to boost the growth of eCommerce in Pakistan by partnering with Greenmax (Pvt) Ltd to establish a dedicated distribution model for ice cream e-tailers.

This innovative partnership aims to streamline the secondary logistics and distribution process, ensuring wider accessibility and timely delivery of Wall’s ice cream products to online retailers across Karachi. Strategic business partners such as Foodpanda Ltd. and Kravemart will be among the key beneficiaries of this new distribution model.

Greenmax, a renowned name in the distribution industry, will serve as the primary distributor for Wall’s portfolio. They will offer a comprehensive range of services to e-tailers, including efficient warehousing, inventory management, timely deliveries, and customer support. This will create a seamless experience for both Wall’s and leading e-tailers.

The collaboration between Unilever Pakistan and Greenmax marks a significant milestone in the evolution of eCommerce in Pakistan, particularly for the ice cream category, which is both asset-intensive and temperature-sensitive. This partnership addresses the unique challenges and requirements of this growing market segment.

Key benefits of the partnership include:

  • Enhanced Distribution Network: Greenmax’s extensive distribution network will ensure wider reach and accessibility of Wall’s ice cream to e-tailers across Karachi.
  • Improved Efficiency: Streamlined processes and advanced operations management will lead to more efficient order fulfillment and faster delivery times.
  • Enhanced Customer Experience: E-tailers and their customers will benefit from reliable and timely delivery of Wall’s products.
  • Innovation: This partnership fosters innovation in the eCommerce sector, setting a new standard for distribution and customer experience.

This groundbreaking initiative is expected to have a positive impact on the overall growth of the eCommerce industry in Pakistan. By providing a model for other businesses to follow, this partnership can drive innovation, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experiences across various sectors.
