Ufone 4G has teamed up with OPay, a rapidly expanding Fintech company, to offer a quick mobile top-up service through 10,000 OPay Point-of-Sale (POS) devices. This collaboration aims to provide Ufone customers with easier access to mobile top-up facilities at various public locations such as gas stations, convenience stores, pharmacies, and shopping centers nationwide.

OPay specializes in mobile payments and offers cutting-edge payment services, making it a perfect fit for integrating Ufone’s top-up service. By leveraging OPay’s 10,000 active POS machines, consumers will have a safe and convenient way to recharge their mobile phones at commonly frequented places. The top-up transactions will be validated through OPay’s POS merchants and printed on the bill invoice for further convenience.

Shahbaz Khan, Ufone’s Head of Product Portfolio Management (Wireless), expressed the company’s commitment to enhancing customer experiences and bringing better comfort to its clients through this strategic partnership with OPay. The collaboration is expected to expand Ufone’s services to 10,000 more points of sale, ensuring improved accessibility and user experience.

Zeb Khan, Vice President of OPay Pakistan, emphasized that the cooperation with Ufone would result in higher customer engagement and traffic, leading to increased revenue for retailers’ businesses. He added that OPay aims to offer unparalleled convenience to Pakistani consumers, making the topping-up experience anytime and anywhere seamless.

With this collaboration, Ufone 4G reinforces its dedication to improving customer experiences by establishing a secure, user-friendly, and up-to-date statewide network of POS machines for mobile top-ups. The partnership between Ufone and OPay sets the stage for more efficient and convenient mobile services for users across Pakistan.
