The National Science & Technology Park-based AI firm truID was asked to take part in the event hosted by SEE Pakistan on August 18, 2022, at the Expo Center Lahore. A gentle and forward-looking image of Pakistan was presented by the event, which included almost 100 lively businesses from across the nation.

Dr. Abid Rafique, the CEO of truID, and Mr. Abdullah Cheema, a member of the core team, were in attendance. truID continued to be the focus of interest for courts, media professionals, investors, financial service providers, government authorities, and the general public at large due to its breakthrough technology for identity verification in 30 seconds.

The CEO of Commtel, Mr. Asher Faisel Khan, a seasoned financial services executive and senior jury member, praised the precision and quickness with which truID authenticates the individual during the live presentation. He will assist truID in making inroads into the financial services sector, particularly commercial banks and fintechs that provide microloans.

With Mr. SM Khurram, CEO of Programmers Force, the Platinum Sponsor of SEE Pakistan, we had a terrific conversation. He expressed a lot of interest in the truID product, but he also wanted to pursue an investment and a strategic alliance.

Government representatives have approached us about using truID at E-Khidmat centres to make it easier for individuals to access various services after instant verification. The last but certainly not least was a visit from Mr. Khurram Zafar, an investment partner at 47 Ventures Ltd. He has always been a huge fan of truID technology and has made it possible for him to work with numerous of the companies in his portfolio.
