Tech Avenue Private Limited has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Balochistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP), marking a step toward exploring technology driven collaboration between the two organisations. The agreement was signed by Obaid Ulhaq, Chief Executive Officer of Tech Avenue, and Dr. Tahir Rasheed on behalf of BRSP, formalising a partnership aimed at addressing the rural support organisation’s evolving technology needs.
Through the partnership, Tech Avenue will support BRSP in addressing its existing technology requirements, upgrading current projects, and exploring innovative digital solutions aligned with the organisation’s broader strategic initiatives. BRSP, a non profit organisation that has worked across rural Balochistan since the early 1980s focusing on improving quality of life through community based development, is expected to benefit from Tech Avenue’s technical expertise as it continues modernising its operational and project infrastructure across the province.
Officials from Tech Avenue said the collaboration reflects a belief that meaningful impact is created when technology, expertise, and purpose come together, framing the partnership as part of a broader commitment to building relationships that create sustainable value for the communities involved. Given BRSP’s extensive operational footprint across multiple districts of Balochistan, including areas such as Zhob, Pishin, Quetta, Khuzdar, and Kalat, the partnership carries potential to extend digital tools and technology upgrades into some of the more remote and underserved regions of the province.
Both organisations said they are looking forward to working closely together on a long term basis, with the partnership focused specifically on innovation, digital enablement, and meaningful impact within the communities BRSP serves. The MoU adds to a broader pattern of technology companies in Pakistan partnering with rural development and non profit organisations to help modernise service delivery systems in historically underserved regions, an approach that has gained traction as digital tools increasingly become part of development and community outreach strategies across the country.
