Pakistani battery manufacturer Treet Battery Limited (TBL) announced a new strategic partnership with a leading Chinese solar energy company.

The company informed the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) about the venture with Hexing Energy (Private) Limited, a subsidiary of the prominent Shanghai Stock Exchange-listed company, Hexing Electrical Co Ltd.  Hexing Electrical is a major player in China’s solar energy sector, known for manufacturing solar inverters, smart electric meters, and other sustainable energy solutions.

This memorandum of understanding (MoU) marks the beginning of a potentially fruitful collaboration, according to TBL. The agreement aims to explore new business opportunities and enhance the product offerings of both companies within the energy sector.

TBL views this partnership as a strategic move to better meet the evolving needs of its customers and stakeholders. The company expressed optimism about the collaboration’s potential for growth and its positive impact on TBL’s operations and market presence.

Treet Battery Limited was established through the de-merger and bifurcation of the Battery division of First Treet Manufacturing Modaraba (FTMM), a listed modaraba on the PSX.
