PTCL Group, comprising Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited and Ufone 4G, earned significant recognition at the Pakistan Digital Awards 2025 by securing six major accolades, with the top honor awarded to their campaign ‘Seenataan’ as Best Digital Campaign of the Year. The campaign stood out across all categories for its deeply emotional and nationally resonant storytelling that celebrated Pakistan’s Olympic star Arshad Nadeem.

Seenataan captured the collective admiration of audiences by chronicling the inspiring journey of a homegrown sports hero. The campaign blended high-end digital production with a heartfelt narrative, reflecting PTCL Group’s focus on stories rooted in national pride and shared aspirations. It was this authentic and moving portrayal of Arshad Nadeem’s achievements that elevated the campaign, making it a reference point in the digital marketing landscape.

This leading recognition underscored PTCL Group’s dedication to creating content that resonates emotionally with the public while maintaining creative excellence and purposeful messaging. By aligning the story of an athlete’s resilience with values of determination and unity, the campaign distinguished itself from more commercial approaches and positioned PTCL Group as a leader in impactful storytelling.

Alongside the top honor, PTCL Group received five additional awards across various categories. PTCL’s WhatsApp Bot was recognized for transforming customer service into a more efficient, real-time experience. The tool has simplified communication and enhanced responsiveness by offering instant support in a user-friendly environment, reinforcing the company’s emphasis on smart, customer-centric solutions.

The PTCL Group My Reward App also earned acclaim for innovating how users interact with loyalty programs. Its seamless interface and personalized features have provided added value to customers, encouraging greater engagement and retention beyond conventional telecom offerings.

Ufone’s Zalmi Women Cricket League campaign was celebrated for promoting inclusivity and empowerment in sports. By supporting women athletes and giving visibility to their talent, the campaign extended PTCL Group’s footprint in social impact and community development.

The Ufone 4G Free Unlimited Snapchat Offer was honored for its effective engagement with younger audiences. By offering digital value aligned with youth habits and preferences, the campaign contributed to stronger brand loyalty and relevance. Additionally, the Ufone 4G Sim Lagao Campaign was recognized for its success in customer reactivation, showcasing targeted efforts in reconnecting with inactive users and bringing them back into the network.

These six awards reflect PTCL Group’s multifaceted approach to digital excellence—spanning innovation, inclusivity, customer service, and emotionally compelling campaigns. The recognitions span technical execution and brand storytelling, reinforcing PTCL Group’s ability to address diverse market needs while driving a consistent strategy centered around purpose and performance. The wins also highlight the organization’s continued leadership in Pakistan’s digital and telecom sectors, placing both PTCL and Ufone 4G at the forefront of meaningful and effective communication.
