Pakistan Software Houses Association has announced an in person Masterclass aimed at helping technology services companies strengthen their revenue models and scale sustainably. The session, titled Building a Predictable Revenue Engine for Tech Services Companies, will be led by tech entrepreneur and startup expert Vic Ahmed and is scheduled to take place on February 20, 2026, in Lahore from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The initiative reflects P@SHA continued focus on capacity building and leadership development within Pakistan growing IT and tech services sector.

The masterclass will center on practical frameworks that enable technology leaders to transition from irregular project based income to structured and predictable revenue streams. Participants can expect insights into optimizing sales processes, refining service positioning, improving client retention, and building operational systems that support long term growth. Vic Ahmed will share proven strategies drawn from his experience in scaling technology ventures, with a focus on aligning business development efforts with measurable financial outcomes. The session is designed for founders, CXOs, and senior managers seeking clarity on revenue forecasting and performance driven execution.

Organizers note that predictable revenue is critical for technology services companies aiming to expand internationally and attract investment. By establishing disciplined pipelines, standardized offerings, and performance metrics, firms can reduce volatility and improve scalability. The Lahore based session will provide attendees with actionable guidance rather than theory, offering tools that can be implemented immediately within their organizations. The interactive format is expected to encourage dialogue, allowing participants to discuss real world challenges and receive targeted feedback.

With limited seats available, P@SHA has encouraged early registration to ensure participation. The masterclass underscores the association commitment to equipping Pakistan tech leaders with the knowledge and strategies needed to compete effectively in regional and global markets.
